I am working on a post on the surprising benefits of exercise on the brain. In looking around, I found this post about walking backwards being more effective than it’s counterpart.
Walking Backwards May be Good for Your Brain | The Online Brain Games Blog.
So, of course, I had to experiment with it for all of you out there. I don’t want you going and hurting yourself. The first benefit of the aforementioned exercise is that it will make your brain more fit, but also will make the brain bigger and stronger.
So here is my first tip — don’t try walking backwards on your treadmill unless you are going ve-r-r-r-r-ry slowly.
I’ve actually thought of getting some of those biking mirrors that hook to glasses.
