How Do We Get Back to Creativity?

by Mike Kirkeberg

I wish I knew where I found this so I could give credit.  I was struck by the idea that Sir Ken Robinson puts forth.  We are all creative as children, so where did it go?

I had an art teacher long ago in a place far away from where I am today.  He said essentially the same thing.  We are all artists, and we draw and draw and draw until about 4th grade.  And, at least for people my age, the art is taught out of most of us.  Here is the TED video of Sir Ken.  It is one of the most popular on the web and I love it as well.
