I guess you would have to call this a disclaimer of sorts. I am a writer and a blogger, not a scientist, doctor or for that matter, a shrink. My biggest qualifications for writing about the brain, and thus, by default, personal improvement and fitness, is that I have one, it has carried me thus far, and I am always looking for ways to improve and to pass that information on to others.
I do my best to research any product that I endorse, and always want to hear from you if anything is not as described by the company offering it. There are still a couple of other things you should know -

So, this is stuff that you should know. I do sell stuff on this blog. Some of it will be my own, and some will be for other people. If I mention books with links, say, to Amazon or other merchandisers, they are books I have read, believe in, and yes, occasionally, if one of you actually buys one, I might get a cheeseburger or two out of it.
